Waddle has been compared to Tyreke Hill in terms of speed, and while his 4.37 40 is respectable, it ain’t Ruggs fast. Nevertheless, his game-breaking talent and his ability to get those 50/50 balls — add in his value as a kick returner — we see him as a top 5 WR in this year’s NFL Draft. Hampered by a broken leg last year and overshadowed perhaps by Heisman winner Smith, and former teammates Jeudy and Ruggs over the past couple of years, the NFL could be Waddle’s chance to shine. We see him as a viable WR 3/flex for 2021 fantasy lineups.
