2021 NFL Draft: Kyle Pitts

A high school quarterback until his junior year when he transitioned to tight end, Pitts demonstrated an aptitude for the game and an excellent work ethic. After being highly recruited Pitts committed to Florida. He was used only sparingly as a freshmen compiling a meager 3 receptions for 73 yards and one touchdown. His sophomore season was, however, another story finishing the season with 54 receptions for 649 yards and five touchdowns. Kyle Pitts was one of the bright spots in 2020 managing, in only eight games, to catch 43 passes for 770 yards and 12 touchdowns. His size, speed and play-making ability should immediately translate into a defensive mismatch at the NFL level especially in the red zone, making him worthy of a top-five pick.
