2021 NFL Draft: Trevor Lawrence
Trevor Lawrence, Clemson • 6’6”, 220 lbs
If it seems like we have been hearing about Trevor Lawrence as a prospect for years its because we have. He was a 4-year starter in high school and 5-star recruit who broke the Georgia high school career passing yards (13,908) and passing touchdown (161) records. Oh and throw in that he won two state titles and was the USA Today National Player of the Year as a senior…Then YEAH, you can say the expectations were HIGH.
Lawrence did not disappoint, going on to a storied carrier at Clemson as one of the greatest collegiate passers of all time. In his 36 starts at Clemson he appeared in three College Football Playoffs appearances and won a National Championship. In his three years he totaled 108 touchdowns in 40 games (90 passing TDs; 18 rushing TDs)
This QB is all but a shoo-in to go number one overall to the Jacksonville Jaguars in the upcoming NFL draft.
