Fantasy Football Week 11 Waiver Wire

QUARTERBACK
If available: Kyler Murray (73%), Sam Howell (73%)
Joshua Dobbs, Minnesota Vikings
*Roster Percentage: 53%
A bit of a cheat here as Mr. Dobbs is rostered just above the 50% threshold we try to stick to, but this is the last call to snatch him up. In his first full start with his new team he completed 23-of-34 passes for 268 yards and a TUDDY while adding 44 yards and another score via the ground. As I mentioned last week Dobbs has been a top 10 fantasy QB on the season and the Vikings pass heavy offense should maintain his position as one of the fantasy darlings on the season. Oh and lets not forget Justin Jefferson has been activated to return from injured reserve.
Matthew Stafford/Carson Wentz, Los Angeles Rams
Roster Percentage: 46%
Coach Sean McVay expects Stafford (thumb) to return this week. After Brett Rypien showed he was not the answer the team went out and signed Carson Wentz. So if reports change you could go with Wentz if you are in a bind. The injury Stafford sustained in Week 8 was to his thumb on his throwing hand so that could effect his accuracy but with plus match-ups the next two weeks against Seattle and Washington Stafford could provide middling production to keep your fantasy team afloat.
Russell Wilson, Denver Broncos
Roster Percentage: 46%
Relevant options at quarterback are getting thin and while Wilson hasn’t been someone who hasn’t been winning fantasy managers weeks he should be serviceable for those needing a fill-in for Week 11. In his Monday Night victory over the Bills, Wilson was efficient completing 24-of-29 passes for 193 yards and two touchdowns. This week in a primetime Sunday Night match-up against the Vikings the Broncos might go with a more pass heavy approach. So if you are looking to stream this week Wilson could be the answer.
RUNNING BACK
If available:
Jaylen Warren (73%), Khalil Herbert (66%), D’Onta Foreman (62%)
Devin Singletary, Houston Texans
Roster Percentage: 50%
Hopefully after his Week 9 dud against the stout Tampa Bay defense you held tight with Devin Singletary. Dameon Pierce was once again ruled out and this time he went gangbusters carrying the rock 30 times for 150 yards and a touchdown. He’s been my top running back add the previous two weeks and just sneaking in at 50% rostership this will likely be your last shot to scoop him up. Even if Dameon Pierce returns this week I think Singletary has taken over the 1A role for the Texans moving forward. This week the Texans have a juicy match-up with a Cardinals defense that has given up the 3rd most points to fantasy running backs.
Ty Chandler, Minnesota Vikings
Roster Percentage: 8%
Starter Alexander Mattison has struggled for much of the season. In Week 10 the team elevated Ty Chandler as the backup after losing Cam Akers for the season to a torn Achilles. The Vikings suffered another injury blow when Mattison suffered a concussion in the third quarter. Chandler looked explosive rushing 15 times for 45 yards and a touchdown against a solid Saints defense. Chandler is likely to get a workhorse role in Week 11 but showed enough to be rostered even if Mattison clears protocol. Oh, and they face the Broncos who have given up the most points to fantasy running backs this season.
Keaton Mitchell, Baltimore Ravens
Roster Percentage: 47%
Mitchell burst onto the scene in Week 9 with a huge game with 139 yards and a touchdown. While we recommended picking him up last week I was a bit tentative to place him into lineups for Week 10 with veterans Gus Edwards and Justice Hill ahead of him on the depth chart. But once again when given the opportunity Mitchell show his pint size frame is lightning in a bottle, taking his three carries for 34 yards and a touchdown and hauling in a reception for 32 yards. I still see Gus Bus getting the heavy lifting role but Mitchell could have earned the edge over Justice Hill moving forward. It’s likely his usage/role will be inconsistent but he has shown enough to be stashed in most leagues.
Darrell Henderson/Royce Freeman, Los Angeles Rams
Roster Percentage: 32%/14%
Kyren Williams is not set to come off IR until Week 12 so we will see both Darrell Henderson and Royce Freeman continue to share the backfield for the Rams. Before their Week 10 Bye the Rams underwhelmed with Brett Rypien under center and that trickled down to the backfield with Henderson rushing 10 times for 19 yards and Freeman rushing 12 times for 32 yards. Both are flex considerations in a plus match-up vs the Seahawks with Henderson as the preferred add.
Zach Charbonnet, Seattle Seahawks
Roster Percentage: 45%
Charbonnet continues to get run behind starter Kenneth Walker amounting to six carries for 44 yards and reeling in four of five balls for 18 yards. While I don’t see the timeshare switching much more unless an injury occurs Charbonnet remains one of the elite handcuff options to roster for fantasy.
Ezekiel Elliott, New England Patriots
Roster Percentage: 41%
While it’s hard to recommend starting anyone on the Patriots these days Ezekiel Elliott continues to be serviceable operating behind starter Rhamondre Stevenson. In Week 10 Zeke rushed 13 times for 54 yards. The Pats are off this week and we could see a change under center in Week 12, but with a plus match-up on the horizon against the woeful Giants Zeke could be a savvy stash.

WIDE RECEIVER
If available: Tank Dell (74%)
Noah Brown, Houston Texans
Roster Percentage: 25%
We talked about Brown’s production last week even with a healthy Nico Collins but when it was announced Collins would miss Week 10 Brown’s stock jumped. In Week 11 he exploded catching seven of eight balls for a WHOPPING 172 yards. That comes on the heels of his Week 9 career best 153 yards performance vs the Buccaneers. When the team is fully healthy it could be tricky to pinpoint which of Nico Collins, Tank Dell, Noah Brown or even Robert Woods will have the big game. But this Texans team lead by rookie phenom C.J. Stroud have been lighting things up and having a piece of this offense has certainly won some fantasy weeks.
Brandin Cooks, Dallas Cowboys
Roster Percentage: 38%
Just when we had all but given up hope that Brandin Cooks would be fantasy relevant this season he exploded, reeling in 9-of-10 targets for 173 yards and a touchdown. But take into account that yardage total was 8 more yards than his combined total yards (165 yards) on the SEASON. So while there is a good chance Cooks turns back into a pumpkin the Cowboys are hot and have room for someone behind CeeDee Lamb to reap the rewards. Roll the dice and see if the luck continues against a much tougher Panthers defense in Week 11.
Demario (POP) Douglas, New England Patriots
Roster Percentage: 36%
The Patriots have a Bye in Week 11 but don’t forget about Pop Douglas who caught six balls for 84 yards. He’s taken on the WR1 role for the Pats and while it seems likely a quarterback change could be coming Douglas is worthy of stashing in deeper leagues. We just saw what Brandin Cooks did against the Giants and the Pats come back to that same cushy match-up in Week 12.

TIGHT END
If available: Trey McBride (59%)
Luke Musgrave, Green Bay Packers
Roster Percentage: 24%
Musgrave continues to illustrate his upside when he is healthy and in Week 10 he reeled in two of his four targets for career best 64 yards. This comes on the heels of him scoring his first touchdown last week. The Pack take on the Chargers in Week 11 so I expect Musgrave to see his involvement continue to blossom in this plus TE match-up.
Tyler Conklin, New York Jets
Roster Percentage: 11%
There isn’t a lot to like about the Jets right now but Conklin once again became a safely valve for this struggling offense. He caught all seven of his targets for 70 yards. That’s back-to-back solid performances for THE CONK.
Cade Otton, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Roster Percentage: 22%
After a smash Week 9 performance where he scored twice Otton had a much quieter week catching two passes for 10 yards. While this ho-hum performance will likely lead many managers to go another direction but Otton has a sustainable role for the Bucs and better days are on the horizon.
Pat Freiermuth, Pittsburgh Steelers
Roster Percentage: 36%
THE MUTH IS BACK? Well at least we think so. It appears he is ramping things up for his return from IR (hamstring) this week. While his season was fairly average before his Week 4 injury he did hit pay-dirt twice in the first four weeks. And HEY… isn’t that all we really want out of a TE these days? If he is active this week proceed with caution as the Browns have been shutting down tight ends the entire season.
