Breaking down my favorite running back in each tier for the 2022 fantasy football season.

UPPER-TIER

JALEN HURTS

Finishing as the QB8 last season, fantasy managers have to hope the Eagles integrate the pass-heavy approach they utilized in the first half of the ’21 season before they resorted to a run-first approach. The addition of superstar A.J. Brown suggests just that.

ADP: QB8 • CHUBZBURGER RANK: QB5

MID-TIER

TREY LANCE

Reports of arm fatigue and Jimmy Garoppolo remaining on the roster are not concerns for me. In the two games Lance started as a rookie he finished QB20 and QB12. Once the training wheels come off he’s a good bet to finish as a top 10 QB.

ADP: QB14 CHUBZBURGER RANK: QB13

VALUE-TIER

DAVIS MILLS

Mills started 11 games in 2021 finishing as QB10 over the final five games during which he posted two 300-yard games. At his current ADP he’s basically free and could prove to be a solid QB2 option for your fantasy team.
